2、 Precautions for Work Environment

1、The operating temperature range of ordinary rubber tracks is generally -25℃to+55℃. Specialty rubber tracks can meet special requirements.

2、Ordinary rubber tracks are not resistant to organic solvents and high-concentration acids, alkalis, and salts. Avoid using them in such environments as much as possible. If oil contamination is found, clean it promptly.

3、Avoid traveling on road surfaces with gravel, grit, steel bars, or stones to minimize damage to the rubber tracks.

4、Timely remove stones and debris trapped between the chassis components and the tooth parts of the rubber tracks.

5、For long-distance transportation of the machine, prefer to transport it by carrier vehicles.

6、Conduct regular inspections on the wear condition of the machine's chassis components. Replace excessively worn parts when necessary.
